Join the LOV Inc. Education and Outreach Action Team of the Greater Milwaukee Area for a free educational event.

We are welcoming individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (age 14+) and their parents/caregivers to attend a presentation from the Wisconsin Youth Health Transition Initiative. WYHTI aims to better the transition out of pediatric care for individuals with disabilities and other special healthcare needs by training providers and families. During this 90-minute event, WYHTI will provide education, a workbook, and action steps for each family in attendance to ensure that their loved one with I/DD is set up for success and advocacy as they transition into adulthood.
